game crash

Hi Im doing group play. Doin olroth boss with 150 splinter and it has crash 3 times and we have lost 450 splinters and disconected us out off game

and its done another 5 times since the start of this post.

sorry try another 25+ times now with my group and lost all the splinters as well.
thats well over 4000+ splinters which arent cheap to buy. are we gunna reinmbursed? or something
