Instant disconnection entering Jiquani's Sanctum\Temple\Apex of filth

Entering Jiquani's Sanctum from the Machinarium (Campaign) instantly causes a disconnection and sends back to the title screen.

Have tried changing from dx12 to vulkan, resetting area via waypoint (both machinarium waypoint and sanctum door, etc.

Restarting client didn't work twice, however has worked on the 3rd time and gained access to the Sanctum.

Also getting disconnects trying to enter the temple (mentioned numerous times on forum, resetting progress), and disconnects trying to access Apex of filth....

Cannot continue campaign.
