Level-up effect

The effects are very beautiful. But outside of the campaign, they're practically unused. You reach, say, level 80 and forget you even have it on your character. I won't even mention 95+.

I propose giving the player the ability to use these effects when charms are triggered. At the same time, the effect size itself should be scaled. If it's used on a charm, it should be scaled by about half.

The effect will be in demand, not just sitting in a microtransaction inventory. Plus, the player will be able to see when the charm has triggered.
