Remove Hive/Breach Fortress

For the Phrecia event, please remove these parts of 3.27 and just juice the breach hands more.

I refuse to believe anyone enjoyed doing these tedious in-game events.. and the visual clutter it added to maps is just annoying. Or better yet - give me the option as a player to select what Breach related content I see in my maps from the league mechanic once I hit endgame.

I'd spend an ascendancy point to not have to look at these mechanics in the endgame for this entire event.
