2 Accounts same Playstation log in

Somehow I have 2 account handles for the same PSN login. I think I tried POE1 a while back, forgot most the information and remade a login when I came back for POE2?

So right now in other words I have (sample not real handle names)

ThisisMe#0316
MyAccountHere#0777

I've been actively playing on the second account handle. The problem is that PSN is not tracking my progress for the campaign (minor concern), I can not upload loot filters for poe2, and (not a ggg issue but bigger concern for me) I can not link with mobalytics. Any help you can provide would be great !
