Impale mine question

I'm using bladefall + high-impact mine support with entropic devastation gloves.

Do I gain any benefit from the watchers eye mod: Impales you inflict last 2 additional Hits while using Pride?

Do ailments and debuffs inflicted by your mine skills count as being inflicted by you?

It works in PoB but I dont 100% trust it.
