Bug 1,053,822,313 - Tried to rescue ship, screen froze at 1st round of waves, then crash to desktop.

Can I get my ship reset to allow me to either rescue ship or pay the ransom? I'd really appreciate some help.

GGG has never offered any kind of reimbursement or compensation for items lost in-game for any reason. Hundreds (if not thousands) of people have encountered similar issues since Settlers where they lost mappers or shippers from crashing or whatever other issue.

Your best bet will be to accept the losses and look into why you're crashing so frequently. Since your crashing is not isolated to Kingsmarch based on old posts, there is something else wrong between your game client, network, or hardware.. or a combination which will be even more fun to diagnose. I can see Sarno tried to help you back in November, but I don't see any response to them.

As a whole VULKAN seemed to run smoother, without any sense of a brief freeze, then death / crash-2-desktop. I got T17 to kill me, and it was immediately crash-2-desktop. Interestingly, I logged back in and tried to re-entery the T17 instant, but then immediately crash-2-desktop.

It would appear that all entries into the t17 instance is now broken.
