Do something about server lags NOW!
|
OMG I'm loosing my mind right now. Yes this is an angry rant and yes - I'm right.
Something needs to be done about server lags and server disconnections here and now. I'm so f***g tired of dying because server went unstable and for a minute everything stops and after it unfreezes I get cumulative damage from that time! Today I died for the third time. All the XP I earned - gone. Ever since POE2 went live I feel like POE1 server performance went down the the drain. Nobody cares, nobody does anything about this and POE1 players became customers of the second category. And it is not just the lag spikes, oh no. Often when I use a travel skill the game spends all it uses at once. I.e. flame dash can cast itself 3 times in a row with me just clicking once. And that is not even the worst part. Sometimes I teleport away from danger but somehow the server is so screwed up that it doesn't register that I teleported and rolls me back where I stood, straight into meat grinder. Good luck getting away from "Minions # explode on death". Sometimes on afternoon hours, when people log in to play lag spikes become so notorious that I have to log in through Washington... Washington... and I live in CENTRAL EUROPE! The best part is that the performance rises dramatically even if latency is 130 ms or so. Jesus GGG what happened?! Before POE2 there were occasional problems but not even nearly at the amount I see now. Your infrastructure can't keep up with players or what? Fix this PLEASE! Im fully with you! Im logging in via Frankfurt server and the last few days the game has been almost unplayable for me. It is so annoying that you can play for max. 15-20 minutes until the next massive lag spike. The only thing then is to exit the game, log back in and hope for the best. It totally kills the immersion of the game. Its so sad since this is by far my favourite game of all time :((((((.

Frankfurt is notoriously bad for me. I always play London/Amsterdam
