Dodge roll/Sprint - Desync and Collision issues

Lots of times when I dodge roll very close to a monster, especially those with bigger hiboxes, I just desync and get randomly teleported around them. If the monster is doing some charge attack towards me and I dodge roll, I just get desynced and dragged by the monster all over the place.
Also often times when I try to sprint away from some monsters, my character just glitches and gets blocked by them, and after a second I just get teleported away in the direction I was sprinting towards. In general, collision between the character and the monsters feels bad and not fluid at all, which really makes melee combat a lot less fun.
