No targeting for travel skills

I need an option to switch off targeting for travel skills. It annoys me beyond measure when I try to teleport away from the danger and and instead the game teleports me towards the enemy I've been hitting (if kept holding LMB) or towards another enemy closest the location I've clicked (if I let go of LMB).
That makes getting out of tough situation nearly impossible. And as a cherry on top, due to the server lag, sometimes I teleport away and back in a single click or the game just rolls me back to the place I was before even if I successfully escape.
I wold like to have an option in game options or a toggle above an icon in UI to switch off targeting for travel skills.
