Store sale bug

So I have had this item wishlisted for several weeks. Got an e-mail Jan 20th at 8pm EST that it was on sale. Proceeded to the store on the 21rst and the store did not display any sales. All chat players said "it was bugged". Today, the 22nd, sales are present and its all portals and all different. I missed the opportunity for the sale, and this isnt the first time I have seen the sale page bugged out and displaying nothing.
