No Spectre corpse in hideout.

Not sure why it's happening but I just got a ritual spectre and was going to use it in my hideout. Right clicked and it showed the animation for the corpse dropping to the ground/floor as usual but there is no corpse on the ground. Tried it with a normal spectre like the Carnage Chieftain and it's the same. If I take out the spectre gem, the Carnage Chieftain disappear too with no corpse on the ground like usual.

I relogged and the gem work like usual now. If I take out the gem, the Carnage Chieftain drops as a corpse on the ground like usual. I don't know why this is happening but I just lost a ritual spectre in SSF and I hate it.
