NOT GETTING POINTS I PURCHASED ON PS5!!!!!!!!!

So its been about 3 months, and $60 with zero response and help from GGG. Has anyone else had this issue buying points, the money coming right out of your account and never getting the in game currency?

Can you try opening the Buy Points section on the Shop and see if that updates your points? If this doesn't work then you can contact support at support@grindinggear.com for further assistance. |
