Bring back 0.1 concoctions

Current state of concoctions is too restricting. Your latest build of the week, poison basketballs, isn’t too different than concoctions in 0.1. Heck concoctions in 0.1 probably took more investments on the tree and gear to sustain flask charges.

Concoctions can be a lot of fun, and I hope they buff it
