"Players have #% reduced cooldown recovery rate" not in the excluded mod list

I assume it's probably an oversight, but the "Players have #% reduced cooldown recovery rate" mod is not in the excluded modifier list in the patch notes. There are many builds that rely on matching CDR breakpoints with specific attack speeds, with the biggest affected build being CoC. Without the ability to reroll some of these mods, any cooldown reliant build, but even more significantly, any build that has to match CDR breakpoints will lose a significant amount of damage on random zones with no recourse, with some builds even being bricked completely.

Yes, thank you. I didn't know where to post about this in the forum since there isn't a "events" category and it is not a race. Ward-loop builds for example will be completely unplayable in the event due to this. I am kind of sad since I was planning to play exactly this one because antiquarian gets the free belt(I also played the same build last phrecia).
One friend of mine was planning to play cast when channeling too and just swapped not because of damage but because clear fucking sucks with the cdr. |
