Lag/GPU over work

Have anyone experience the GPU has working more than last patch? I did just fine until I logout and updated the latest patch, then my GPU ms suddenly skyrocket to 120ms when I use comet(never happened before), it backs to normal when the comet is done.

last patch, I played in Balance image quality, now even with super performance, it still cant not handle it
