returning player to POE2, character progress locked unable to travel

So I've been MIA in POE2 for more than 6 months. My highest progressed character is level 50, and last was playing act 3 working my way to Utzaal. My character is stuck on a map in which you've entered the time traveling gateway. The Waypoint, the Gateway and the entrance to Utzaal are bugged. I cannot access any points of travel. I cannot utilize the town portal. I cannot cast skills.

I have joined a party, but i cant access the game content once i've entered the other player party's hideout. in the hide out i can cast skills. i cannot access the waypoint. i cannot access the stairs.

this is my highest level character with the furthest progression in the story. I want to play this game and continue the story. But it seems this game is forcing me to give up on this character. In the instance i'm locked in, i cannot access the stash, i cannot access a vendor. i am stuck to which all i can do is walk around.

I've attempted several different suggestions with creating a new instance with a control + left click on play which does nothing. I've verified files. i've reinstalled the game. my other characters work but they are no where near the same level of progress and i dont want to start from scratch. i want to progress.

any suggestions would be of great help. I'm so confused and frustrated.

Set the LMB slot of your action bar to Move Only.
