Ruthless Phrecia

I am a player with a bit of photosensitivity/vertigo. I got very sick playing standard PoE once. Ever since then, I completely stopped standard and switched to Ruthless and PoE2. Ruthless is good for accessibility in my opinion, as its a gamemode with no dashes and blinks, and the lower powerlevel also helps.

For accessibility reasons, please keep supporting Ruthless. I literally cannot play standard PoE for health reasons. At least for Ruthless I can play it casually. Please add Ruthless to the Phrecia gamemodes, and keep Ruthless support in the future
