Private league for phrecia

Is there any chance, we can create a private league tomorrow for the Phrecia event? We wanted to make a guild found only League. So its only for guild members, so we are not allowed to buy stuff otherwise

I believe they didn't allow that last time either. Would have loved to host one myself, but sadly I think they won't budge. This question came up a few times in the forums and also on Reddit :-/
