Can we move Antiquarian's Turtle Shell, or change Goliath Knuckle to 50% reduced Int?

Turtle Shell is the perfect CWS node, but it is behind a node that removes all Intelligence. So the only way to actually use the CWS gem is to use the Supreme Ostentation timeless jewel node. You can almost use Crystallised Omniscience to get around it, except that "You have no Intelligence" also means "You have no Omniscience".

This is unfortunate because the draw of using this ascendancy for CWS is that it is basically a free bloodnotch and immutable force, meaning you can potentially use no jewels and take the delirium That Didn't Happen! node which would be very fun. But if you have to use jewels to make it work, you might as well go a better ascendancy and use bloodnotch/immutable force. Bog Witch and Ancestral Commander are both flat out better ascendancies than Antiquarian for CWS.

Maybe Turtle Shell could be moved to not be behind the "You have no Intelligence" node? Or maybe that node could be changed to something like "50% reduced Intelligence" like the dexterity one?
