Cant find the mod "Recover #% of maximum Mana on Kill"

I was looking for an amulet with this mod
"Recover (2-3)% of maximum Mana on Kill from Kurgal". No results. I cleared and tried again for any non unique item and still no results. What I am missing ? Last bumped on Jan 29, 2026, 3:10:25 AM
