Black screen gaming.

For a long time, my PoE2 has had a problem, and after trying everything to solve it, I continue to experience freezes followed by a black screen, or a completely black screen. There are long intervals until the game returns to normal, and today I died because of it. Many times I use Ctrl+Alt+Del to rejoin. Using Vulkan and doing this and that doesn't help; the problem is with the game, not my PC.

It's a tiring routine. I've already tried twice to find a solution through support, but they don't want to help. I played this game for thousands of hours before the Abyss League, and I never had this problem.

In fact, I'm thinking of going to consumer protection and filing a complaint against you, because besides advertising quality for something that doesn't actually have it, you don't want to, and haven't shown any attention or help in fixing it. And you don't provide any support for a product I paid to use.

I need support, or some solution.

Look for windows overlays, maybe your GPU or something is not working properly ...
