Shavronne's Tower Crash

Crashing upon attempting to enter Shavronne's Tower from The Prison. The crash occurs even after restarting the game, and starting a new Prison instance. Level 53 character, playing via Steam client, on PC, with a controller. AMD Ryzen 5, NVIDIA RTX 3060ti, Windows 10.

I was able to progress without a crash, 15 minutes after the first crash, on what was probably my fourth or fifth attempt.
