Phrecia 2.0 corrupt instance

I've run into an issue twice where attempting to enter a new instance seems to spawn a corrupted instance which forces a disconnect.

Any attempt to enter that instance again continues to result in a disconnect.

Creating a new instance fixes the problem.

Both areas were different from the other 2 posts about the same issue.
