Phrecia Temple of Lunaris level 1 act 3 (unexpected error)

When I go to enter Temple of Lunaris level 1 in act 3 it kicks me out to character select with a message in the bottom left saying (an unexpected issue/error).

I have tried making a new instance and restarting the game to no solution.
