Vaal temple in party destabilisation bug?

I mostly play solo so it's possible I did something wrong ...
My situation, I've created party, two others joined. I've created instance of my finished temple, we runned thru almost all rooms. I've moved to the beginning of the temple and moved to Vaal ruins. Afterwards I clicked on console and wanted to use my locks. However my temple simply destabilized and I had no opportunity to use them!
Did I anything wrong? This always works when I play solo.
While we were playing my instance crashed and recovered, could this be problem? But this is still not a problem when playing solo.
Please enlighten me if it's bug or I did something wrong. It can take days to repair temple.

This happens to me almost every time I leave to use the console while in a party. Never an issue in solo play
