Hiveborn Body Parts cant find (quest: Gifts For The Genesis Tree)

Completed all the acts yet still can't finish the quest I reran random zones in each acts looking for breaches but non are spawning. It says I have only found five body parts so far. Do I find the remainder body parts in maps? Thank you for reading and does it have to be specific maps?
