Cannot leave act 9. Stuck in the final room with Trinity and Maven.

I've killed Trinity but Maven is keeping the room engaged. I resurrected as Trinity died and the room tried to flood with blood, now I'm stuck in this room. Resurrecting sends me back to this fight, but Trinity is still dead. There's nothing I can do about it other than reset the whole fight from phase 1 and hope it doesn't do it again.

If I portal out, then open my map in town, it thinks I haven't killed the boss, but act 10 is open. I can also travel to act 10 without completing the quest with Lilly.
