Can't leave Atlas respec screen

When you talk to kirac and open the atlas respec screen, there seems to be no way of leaving or closing it again.

esc - no
spacebar - no
clicking the x - no
opening any menu from the button below - no
Changing area via chat command - nope still open even in new area

killed client with alt+f4 and restarted. Then it is gone.
