Marketplace issues and the good old network probs

I play this game very long now (1300 hours) but i wonder why my marketplace sometimes switches language. Normally all is set to german and works very fine. The next day i log in it´s partially english and on day later it´s back to full german. Logging in and out the same day or restarting PS5 won´t fix it. Dunno why this happens. Like i said, the next day all is fine.

Network sometimes is quite awful. One day hours of playing without large lagspikes, the next day laggy as hell. Server changing or restarting game and console won´t fix it.

Yesterday i made party gaming with two of my friends ( both in germany, gateway Frankfurt, both PS5). They dont have lags, my game was a slideshow, then nothing with connection aborted. The only difference was they have 500 MBit fibre connection, mine is 350 MBit DSL/LTE Hybrid connection.
When i played alone it mostly happens in Temple or with abyss on maps.
