Scavanger Doomfletch not working

Extra 25% of phys as ele doesn't work. I have a phys/fire warstaff, click doomfletch ascendency, my auto attack damage in tooltip doesn't change, still only doing the same phys and fire dmg.

"Extra damage of each element" and "extra damage of a random element" mods are not shown in the tooltip.

I see, thought so after some more testing and noticing chill on enemies.
