Can't unlock 115/115 Idol slot in Phrecia - Mao Kun cannot be opened

Mao Kun Map is bugged and cant be opened.

I am also having this issue where Mao Kun Cannot be opened, Tried different Hideouts, different map devices even tried opening the map in the Karui Shores. Quite Frustrating
