Atlas passive points awarded but Atlas tree locked after failing Kirac first map

After completing Act 10, I failed Kirac’s first quest map.

I then completed another map and the quest was marked as completed.
Atlas passive points are being awarded (counter increases),
but the Atlas tree remains completely locked and greyed out.
The central Atlas node never unlocked, so I cannot allocate any Atlas passives.

Things I tried:
- relogging
- changing hideout
- talking to Kirac again
- completing additional maps (T1 white maps)
- removing map device skins

None of these helped.

This blocks all Atlas progression.
