Salvage/break down skill gems to currency

Give us a way to break down or salvage skill gems. Let us be able to get currency out of it for crafting by breaking it down.

The skills are not all useful. Sometimes by accident you engrave a duplicate of the skill since the system does not know you already have the skill gem if it is not equipped.
