Vastiri Racecourse Hideout infinite load screen.

The Vastiri Racecourse hideout will leave me on an infinite load screen, i could enter the hideout before i finished the campaign but after i cannot, weather thats related or just unlucky timing idk.

(i finished campaign at ~3 am last night/12 hours from time this was posted)

Changing hideouts works to get me back in there, but vastiri racecourse still broken for me.
