I still have this detail bothering me in the game; it's an evolutionary issue related to the bases. But the thing that bothers me most about these items is the iron ring. I always look at the iron ring with disdain because of its implicit 1-4. Even knowing that the value is always that, I keep looking at it.

Does anyone think this implicit value is normal for an iron ring level 82?.

There was a thread about it a couple of days ago. Yes it's stupid, it should scale with ilvl.

When did implicits on jewelry ever scale with levels/ilvl?
GGG will probably introduce new base types at some point, but an iron ring will still be an iron ring.

It would obviously be good if the game stopped dropping those low implicit bases at some point, but that's unfortunately not how they handled things so far.
