Sirus witnessing character bugged?

Hello, while playing Phrecia 2.0 my character TYMRAZEMMINY is unable to witness Sirus for feared invitation, I've killed him numerous times and tried everything I could think about. I've played this game for a long time and was farming Feared almost every league for few years now so I'm sure the invitation itself or my character is bugged. Every other boss witness works tested it myself. Don't really know what to do because the character is kinda bricked.
