ISSUE ACCESSING EARLY ACCES ON XBOX // SAYING ACCESS ISNT PURCHASED

Xbox users have bought and installed the early access supporter pack, me included and have issues logging in to the game. Such as prompts stating we have not purchased early access and constant loading into server disconnection. We cannot even make it past the login screen.

Hi there, unfortunately there is a current issue with our Xbox players redeeming purchases on their Path of Exile accounts. This is being looked into and we apologise for any inconvenience caused in the meantime.

Of course I bought a support pack upgrade yesterday for Poe2 and now it's saying there's an issue with Xbox purchases. Has there been any updates on this? It's getting close to 24 hours later now and I can't find any new info or an estimate for when this will be resolved......
