Connection error in vaal temple - causes exit from temple and multiple room deletions. Wtf

Im doing the Vaal temple.. I have connection issues.. it pauses the game on and off for 30 seconds then kicks me. At which point it sends me back to the main menu. When I log back in im out if the Vaal temple next to the gate and when I access the console it deletes like 8 of my room placement... WTF.. its taken me days to get to that point. This games a actual joke sometimes.
