Faustus missing - migrating hardcore to softcore phrecia 2.0

Hello,

I died in HC in maps, i wanted to continue in softcore Phrecia 2.0 but faustus is nowhere seen in my hideout.
When I tried to look for him in decorations tab, it says that I must encounter him but in act6, he is there, talking to him doesn"t solve my problem.
I can't use async trade since then...

When I went to another hideout other than mine to buy, faustus reappeared in mine Oo
