Massive latency spikes

For some time now me and my friends experience server latency well above anything playable.

this session started at 120ms, that's bad as it is, but was playable.
suddenly it spikes to 300-700ms and this happens very frequently, this issue has made it impossible to play with friends cause if this happens in a session with someone, then its guarantied death, as its not possible to pause
