Sanctification Should Be More VIle

Please consider making sanctification more aggressive, for those, who can use such a result as a benefit in crafting, e.g. skill effect duration or rarity turning from increased to decreased, recover turn into consume, sacrifice turn to grant... It could be some other crafting method, this is just an example.
HC SSF. What else? Ruthless when?
