[Suggestion] Add "Larzuk-style" Quest Reward for Max Gem Sockets

I would like to suggest to introduce a "Larzuk-style" Quest Reward that allows a player to instantly upgrade an Uncut Gem to its maximum possible socket capacity based on item level. This preserves the "Larzuk" legacy from D2 while adapting it to PoE2 Gem system.

It provides a deterministic path to power that feels earned rather than found and limited to one-time per campaign.
