​[Suggestion] Wealth Amulet for Campaign Gold & SSF Respecs

For players during the campaign, especially SSF, running out of gold can feel like hitting a brick wall. Currently, there is no way to gear up to grind for gold early on to help with costly respecs, gambling, and vendor trading.

I'm proposing a Wealth Amulet, a low-level amulet base type that allows players to solve a gold shortage early on. Alternate name is Citrine Amulet, known as the Merchant’s Stone.
