POE2; Ytzara Blood Oracle's leechrate way overtuned

Ytzara Blood Oracle's leechrate is way overtuned and healing Ytzara for millions under a second with any group of minions present. Even with the Heartstopper Presence node on the Skilltree and Contagion/Acrimony gem setup.
The Big Cirle aoe in particulair is a zero chance to react timely to move any minions.

Her leechrate seems uncapped and is making this near impossible without a respec in the skilltree and not hitting a few million dps.
