Unable to witness Sirus in Phrecia 2.0

Hello,

Bug report 1,333,267,457 I am unable to complete , tried 4 different ways of doing it , while waiting for all bosses to spawn and kill the guardians before sirus .

I crashed 1 day ago when doing 1st one and lost instance , since then unable to witness it... sometimes it just does phase 1 and goes on throne and afk..
Hope it gets sorted , /recheck_achievements did nothing for me also , Please help :)

Did an Uber Sirus witnessed still nothing :(

Exactly the same behaviour here.

First kill bugged out and he just stayed floating, encounter ended, no portal.

Second kill he died, but no witness credit counted.

same story, stuck mid-air, no witness, no favoured slot unlocked
