no skill point when leveling up.

I hit 85 today while mapping today and did not receive my skill point. (the level up noise played and exp tree reset)

After doing some digging, I verified that my passive tree is 1 short. When adding in the 24 pts for weapon set I am only at 107 instead of the expected 108.

I have tried respeccing points multiple times, logging in and out multiple times and the combination multiple times.

Is there anyway to resolve this?

What class/ascendacy? Did you change bandits?
