Spectre Ritual Corpses cant spawn in Labrinth Ascendency room

Switched weapon set to second pair to grab gems I was levelling to quality them. Lost the levels needed for third specter and then switched back to re-raise the corpse. Corpse disappeared in specter room. Easy way to lose a divine orb on ritual aura specter corpses.

No automated offerings or corpse consumption included in my build. I drop and reraise spectres all the time in the hideout so most likely a area specific thing.
