Game crashes when entering Shapers Realm with Cosmic Fragments

I've had no issues all league. I was cleaning up my uber fragments, and the game gives an "unexpected error" and puts me back to character select everytime i enter.

This happened with all 6 portals. On multiple character. I tried different servers. and restarting the game.

I am not playing SSF Keepers.
