help needed

Hi , can anyone help,

my game is crashing non stop since last update. Game will load into hideout for a least 1 minute max then just crash to desktop. something i have noticed is on steam my playtime is down for 1051hrs but when i launch the game the play time reverts back to 1047hrs a loss of 4 hours.

also when i load the game the server hasn't changed so for example if i select Canada and load into hideout when i crash and reload the server is back to London.

I've tried all different things install, verify game files, updated and rolled back drivers. am i shadow banned lol I've no clue at this stage. tried new character , same thing , will let me play for 1-2 mins then freeze and crash. no other issues with games on steam. I've even tried downloading the game from the website and trying that way.

sound seems to be an issue, i've dropped all sound to 0 and changed from speakers to other output. in case anyone is having same issue.

since doing this i've been steady in the game for last 2hrs
